As a consumer of Spindletop Center, you have certain rights that are to be respected and implemented by the staff providing you services. Therefore, Spindletop Center ensures that all individuals are treated with the utmost dignity and respect.

We desire to address any complaints affecting an individual's rights, quality of care, or situations that concern an individual's health, quality of care, and safety. Attempts will be made locally to address and resolve concerns promptly.
