Austin and Morgan Miller never imagined they'd be welcoming their twins early at just 28 weeks, but the NICU graduates thrived and came home at 4lbs each!  After experiencing an early birth, they knew Alexander and Evelyn might need additional support in reaching their developmental milestones. 

That's why they turned to Spindletop Center for Early Childhood intervention. We are honored the Miller family chose us to help support their kiddos and couldn't be more proud of their accomplishments!
