Please contact the program supervisor or program director for complaints about our General Revenue, Texas Home Living, and Home and Community Based Services waiver services. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you can always contact Spindletop Center's Rights Protection Officer at (409) 784-5550 or Health and Human Service Ombudsman for Intellectual and developmental disabilities at 1(800) 252-8154.
