Our outpatient treatment program for youth serves individuals ages 13 to 17 who are struggling with substance use issues and do not require more intensive services, such as detoxification or residential treatment. Our program is open to residents of the following counties: Angelina, Hardin, Houston, Jasper, Jefferson, Nacogdoches, Newton, Orange, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Shelby, Trinity, and Tyler. We accept Medicaid, private insurance, and have additional funding through Texas Health and Human Services Commission to serve individuals without insurance coverage.
