Mental Health Services
We serve people challenged with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, severe emotional crises, and difficulty with independent living skills related to mental health issues.
Substance Use Recovery
The Spindletop Center Substance Use Disorder treatment programs provide outpatient services. Treatment includes individual, group, and family counseling along with aftercare, relapse prevention, education, and support groups.
Services for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
We provide services and support for eligible persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities or pervasive developmental disorders.
Early Childhood Intervention
We offer family-centered, community-based services to ages 0 to 3 years old who have developmental delays or medical conditions likely to result in a delay.
