Mental Health Services

Common signs that someone is struggling with their mental health include feeling sad, confused thinking or struggling to concentrate, excessive fears or worries, extreme feelings of guilt, mood changes, withdrawal from friends and activities, low energy, or problems sleeping.

Substance Use Recovery

The Spindletop Center Substance Use Disorder treatment programs provide outpatient services. Treatment includes individual, group, and family counseling along with aftercare, relapse prevention, education, and support groups.

Group Discussion

Services for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

We provide services and support for eligible persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities or pervasive developmental disorders.

Kindergarten Guide

Early Childhood Intervention

We offer family-centered community-based services from birth to 3 years of age for those who have developmental delays or medical conditions likely to result in a delay.

Crisis Services

Our crisis services are a resource for individuals going through mental health crises. Our trained professionals provide mental health services and emotional support.

Hope Center

Hope Center is a peer-run facility offering support groups and activities to promote mental health and substance use disorder recovery and wellness. These activities include arts and crafts, goal-setting sessions, lunches, and daily group meetings with peer support specialists.

Mental Health First Aid

In the Mental Health First Aid course, you learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.
